Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

MyAshHealth is committed to clear, fair handling of cancellations, prescribing decisions, refunds, prescription fulfillment issues, and laboratory services. This policy applies to amounts collected by AshHEALTH, LLC d/b/a MyAshHealth. Separate healthcare professionals, pharmacies, laboratories, carriers, or other third parties may have additional policies that apply to services they provide directly.

1. Payment Does Not Guarantee a Prescription

Depending on the program and workflow, a consumer may be charged before or after a licensed prescriber makes a prescribing decision. Payment or completion of an intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The independent licensed prescriber determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate.

2. Full Refund When No Prescription Is Issued

If a licensed prescriber does not prescribe for a specific order and MyAshHealth collected payment for that order, MyAshHealth will refund all monies it collected for that specific unprescribed order. The refund applies only to the order for which no prescription was issued and does not automatically refund unrelated orders, completed services, laboratory services already performed, or other prescribed or dispensed orders.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably practicable. MyAshHealth initiates eligible refunds within 10 days after the non-prescribing determination is processed. The time for a refund to appear on your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

3. Cancellation Before a Prescribing Decision or Dispensing

If you wish to cancel an order before a prescribing decision or before medication is dispensed, contact MyAshHealth promptly. We will determine whether the applicable workflow can still be stopped. Once a professional service has been completed, a laboratory service has been performed, or a pharmacy has dispensed a prescription, some charges may no longer be cancellable or refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

4. Prescription Medications After Dispensing

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for resale once dispensed by a pharmacy. After dispensing, pharmacy and applicable law control whether a medication may be returned, replaced, destroyed, or otherwise handled. Do not mail or deliver prescription medication to the MyAshHealth business office unless MyAshHealth expressly instructs you in writing to do so as part of a lawful process.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, Delayed, or Lost Prescription Shipments

If a prescription shipment is damaged, appears incorrect, is materially delayed, or is lost in transit, contact MyAshHealth customer support promptly. We will help coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and/or carrier as appropriate. Replacement, reshipment, or other resolution may depend on pharmacy requirements, carrier findings, medication type, applicable law, and whether a new dispensing authorization is required. Do not use a medication that appears damaged, altered, contaminated, or incorrectly labeled; contact the dispensing pharmacy or healthcare professional for guidance.

6. Laboratory Services

MyAshHealth provides access to laboratory services performed by independent third-party laboratories. Laboratory scheduling, collection, no-show, cancellation, insurance, cash-payment, test-processing, and refund rules may be governed by the applicable laboratory and the specific lab workflow. A laboratory service that has already been performed or processed may be non-refundable. If MyAshHealth collects a laboratory fee and a refund is due under the applicable program terms, MyAshHealth will process the eligible refund to the original payment method when reasonably practicable.

7. Subscriptions and Recurring Programs

If a program includes recurring billing, cancellation stops future eligible billing after the cancellation becomes effective. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an order that has already entered prescribing, dispensing, laboratory, or fulfillment processing. Contact support as soon as possible if you want to stop a pending recurring order. The treatment of a pending order will depend on its processing status and applicable law.

8. No OTC Merchandise Returns

MyAshHealth does not sell over-the-counter retail merchandise through the Site. Accordingly, this policy does not include an OTC merchandise return program.

9. Charge Questions and Refund Requests

For questions about a charge, prescribing denial, refund, cancellation, laboratory fee, or shipment issue, contact MyAshHealth and provide your name, order information, and a brief description of the issue. Do not include sensitive medical information in unsecured email unless requested through an approved secure channel.
